Gruntz 15mm: D.E.A.T.H. Teams cyborg army

Ok so I managed to finish off the middle sized cyborgs for the army. They are the Synod's highly skilled shock troops and commandos. They drop from orbit using a combo grav pack/ shield generator which is used up during the jump. The empty packs are buried before the troops head out to their objective to reduce the risk of enemy observation.

The Jotuns are about twice the size of a standard bio-bod immortal and carry full auto lasers to support their smaller brothers.

All of the cyborgs are very fast and can cover a lot of ground. All cyborgs have the long runners perk, and some have the ultimate agility perk giving them a move of 7" standard.

All,in all the force is a fast hard hitting and we'll armored force but very expensive points-wise as befits a highly capable commando unit.

C'mon, when you first saw STAR WARS who'd you most want to be at the end of the movie? Luke was too wimpy. Chewwie too hairy, Han too sassy and Leia too butch.

That left one man. No not Jeff Vader or even Keith Prowse for that matter. No... I mean the "greatest ace" of the Rebel Alliance - ultra cool Red Squadron hotshot and local hero, Wedge Antilles!

Yes, I need a Wedge in 15mm. Not just to pilot the rocketship on Orange Planet but, to lead a flight of new Dropships/Gunships that are in the pipe and pre-ordered by this Rogue Squadron wannabe.

I picked up the STAR WARS MOS EISLEY Adventure Set, on Ebay very cheaply last week. It's a boxed supplement for Star Wars The Roleplaying Game, published by West End Games in 1997.

The set includes a variety of resources including Galaxy Guide No.7: Mos Eisley, a Mos Eisley Adventure Set booklet (32 pages), a double sided colour map of Mos Eisley and the famous Cantina. The Cantina 'map' is more or less 15mm scale too. An unexpected bonus! Finally there's a quick set of scenarios, docking bay map and counters called Imperial Shootout.

If you see it at a good price I recommend you buy it. As the guide says, the Cantina can be any Cantina on any planet, Mos Eisley is just a pirate port that can be transposed to any world and Tatooine itself is a desert rock anywhere in the Galaxy.
