 The threat of the ‘Great Purge’ has gone. The last of the Enemy Unknown fighters have been exterminated by the combined National forces of the Old and New Worlds but not without cost. In a final attempt to rid the worlds of the Humans large Bio bombs and ECM weapons were deployed causing destruction on a scale never seen before and hopefully never been seen again. The old world was utterly destroyed of life and only the nations whom had explored had any hope of survival.
Many saw it as an opportunity to rebuild their nations and live a peaceful existence. They were wrong... Nations grew and typical neighbour quarrels grew into National Wars and more!

One such Nation grew. It followed the old ways of old and became the Russian Federation in name.

The Russian Federation excel at insurgency warfare. They are slowly but surely growing its territories. Insurgency tactics are prevalent in the Federation.

 These Insurgents / militiamen are well armed and well trained and have become known as SKOV forces. Named after a Soviet campaign on the settlement of Kalingrad the SKOV forces are lightly armoured and armed with the latest generation AK’s, RPGS and RPK LMG’s.

For support they count on the Russian Federation ‘Guard’ Forces whom can provide support through APC’s, MBTS and VTOLS from the Armoured Corps of the Federation.
 
The Skov Forces that are Available immediately are:

Insurgents Squad
Command Squad
HMG Squad
All Infantry Pack
Light Machine Gun Pack
Rocket Propelled Grenade Pack
And finally a Platoon Pack! The platoon pack contains 34 troops, enough for 6 fire teams, HMG team and two commanders.
These will be quickly followed by heavier weapons, tank riders and finally the Guards Troops. The government forces ‘Guards’ are more conventional  forces with heavier armour and exo assisted suits.

Hello

As some people have noticed I've taken down my 'infantry' figures from my website today. The reason I have done is because they have been moved to a new home. I exchanged this morning and will in the very near future (post Salute) be available from their website.

Why have I done this? Well...to be frank the hobby business has grown past the stage I can efficiently  run it. I have only an X amount of time I can spend on the business and I was spending over it. I was no longer gaming, painting and generally I thought my shipping standards were falling with the odd error. All of them quickly fixed, however this took further time. All the usual reasons many companies have :)

So rather then stop creating stuff I decided to split the figures range away from my vehicles. I also have found a fantastic place for them to go to. Ill let them announce it, however its safe to say they are one of the best UK miniature companies out there, with a fine 15mm SciFi selection . My figures really do fit well in their lines and they have great plans. The range names will change, however not the quality and investment. I suspect it become a more rounder range with the new owners and will be a big success!

As I said I will keep the vehicles and will continue to develop them. In fact, Ill be moving this further with the investment I now have!  I've already new models being created and Ill also have some more news in the near future regarding new website and lines. They will all be vehicle focussed :)
No current orders will be effected

Id like to thank you for all your support and I hope it will continue. I truly want to push the standards for 15mm SciFi vehicles!

ArmiesArmy Whites are coming...

That's right the Russian Empire forces commonly known as the 'Whites' are very near release :)


The return to the Tsarist ways of old, started a bloody Civil War, fought on a galactic scale, never seen before. New boundaries were set and the former USSR split into two new alliances. The ‘Russian United States of the Kirov System (Named after Commander Kirov of the Great Patriotic War) and the Russian Empire to be reigned by Tsar Nicholas VII.

Both forces share a very similar military range of equipment and many items are still used by both; however Imperial Russia has started a new arms race with a range of new and improved equipment to counter the growing numbers of the Rusk forces.

No Peace accord was officially signed and both forces are now massing several armies along the Colony borders, which will no doubt end up with its continuation. There have been several complaints of border incursions, both of whom deny. Peace talks have failed and the Peacekeeping Commonwealth and PLA forces have left the borders.

Strangely rumours abound that the peacekeepers had separate agendas all along……

They will be released this week :) Ill keep you posted

Preview: Reworked...Xiangyu WZ993 APC Armies Army

The Xiangyu WZ993 APC

I've reworked the original ‘print' ( it was still great) and provided a few new turret options. The original had some design flaws that were not that great when cast in resin. I had a very thin lip rim to the body, which looked nice was really fragile and easy to break. It just wasn't robust enough. I also created open hatches, rather then solid, which I think is nicer. So….I'm about to send this for reprinting, soon as I've made it watertight and the weapons are good.

This is the APC variant, which will carry two of the PLA infantry drones on it tops rear frame. They release when the troops disembark. Carries two fire teams of four men.

The second is the Zheng WZ994 MGS

Fully modular with a replacement Heavy Anti Matter Tank Gun

No date for readiness. I've three vehicles in front of the queue, however they are almost ready for ordering. I've a rather splendid painter working on two of them as we speak and some Russian ‘whites' Infantry which were going to be dropped of at the production mold makers this evening…however work has just cancelled that!

Armies Army releases the Scots Guard, for real this time!

A somewhat embarrassing moment .......

I thought I’d had the Scots Guards on sale for the past month and I started to think nobody, and I mean nobody, liked them as I'd not sold a single one.

Then I'd realised I’d forgotten to put them on my shop for sale... It might be nobody wants them, however at least I've now a chance to sell them! :)

The troops are the Elite Light Infantry of the Commonwealth Forces and largely use the Regular armies kit. As light forces -later releases will provide light Anti-Tank Shoulder Launched weaponry, GPMG teams, Sniper team, mortar, portable grenade launchers and the HQ squad. The HQ squad will come with the famous piper :)

Hello everybody :)

Before the update, Id like to thank all the people whom have supported me with the opening of my webstore. Thankfully everything has gone smoothly, yet Ive still some things that need look at and I'm always keen on improving. If you do have any ideas, don't hesitate to drop me an email or post a comment.

Anyhow to the update....

I really hoped that I would have had more items out for sale by now, however the web store was busier then I believed and I basically was learning the ropes. Then the dreaded 'work' word got in the way and is still doing so! This will be around for at least another three weeks, however Ill then be back to normal hours, which will give me time to start releasing my new stuff. I'm hesitant to put dates, due to changes, however I can put up a priority order as to what will be released :)

So here it is

Penal Troops ~(Shipping tonight)

BTR160  and variants (Two weeks time)

Rusk IMV Gaz Cartographa  (around 3 weeks)

Russian Empire Forces  (around 4 weeks)

The Russian Empire remains at civil war with the breakaway colonies of the RUSK forces. They  share many similarities to the RUSK forces, however have more advanced weaponry and vehicles compared to the rugged and dependable items designed of that built by the Buzzard Design Bureau. 

They are fewer in number and lack the winning attitude of the RUSK'S  (so say the RUSK's) forces.

More news to follow , however here is a snifter of old

Enemy Unknown - Reinforcements  (around 4 weeks)

The 'Enemy Unknown'  increase in encounters are causing a rising tension with the World's Empires and Forces. Frequency of an encounter is increasing as is the number of Enemy forces. Unconfirmed rumors suggest several battles are taking place with heavier and heavier armaments involved. The Enemy Unknown are no longer scouting. They look like they are here to stay!

With that in mind, I will be releasing the next lines of EU figures. Ill have a HQ and heavier support weapons in two forms. Ill also have an assault squad with pistol and shield and couple of unusual beasts. 

BTR 290 Variants  (around 6 weeks)

The BTR 290 used by several world's forces will be getting some additional support. The BTR 290 'Shilka' AAA and the BTR290 'Tunguska' AT . Other variants will follow.

Xiangyu WZ993 APC ( around 6-8 weeks)

The PLA Xiangyu APC has had several field issues, resulting in the withdrawal from the front lines. A redesign with additional hatches, turret variants, PLA infantry support drones . The redesign is almost complete and will be sent for mastering in the next two weeks. Several designers have been sent to the Penal Battalions to work off their crimes. 

Unconfirmed rumors also suggest that several other projects are coming to fruition, however with a few unexpected items jumping the queue as my minions churn out the masters etc ( minions being me...) 

So...lots to come, lots being planned, lots being designed, including brand new items and some forces are getting reinforcements to complete the line :)
