INCOMING....... Federal Army Reinforcements

.
Khurasan's new Federal Army range has created a buzz leading to my review on 5th September receiving the highest all time number of page views on Dropship Horizon.

Responding to customer feedback here are the first wave of reinforcements and support weapons for the Feds.

  1. VERY NICE! I am glad that Khurasan listened and offered a bit more to go with these troops. The crewmen are an excellent move.

  5. Thanks guys, there are actually some more poses in the second wave Mark will be previewing soon (once the models get painted up), and then wave 3 is the DIMOG armoursuit -- Mark 1 (normal chassis) and Mark 2 (hardened chassis).

Wave 4 will be the army special forces who will have less armour and .50 caliber SMGs to get through those pesky walls, plus a flamethrower. Also will have the DIMOG Mark 3, an artificial intelligence 'Hog ("30 seconds to comply") and pieces to turn the DIMOG into the DIMOG Hercules, a noncombatant loader version of the DIMOG (these will basically be arm swaps for the kit). Also some unarmoured nurses and a casualty or two the medical trailer I have planned for the Atlas -- that would be a cool objective to defend against attack by massed Parasachnids ... or Garn who smell blood! :-)

I'm working on cleaning up the Atlas pieces now to minimize the normal print-line issues, ditto the Cheetah ALSV. (Not Federal Army, but the modular buildings are also being cleaned up now).

Last but pretty far from least, the Federal Navy Cormorant gun/dropship is progressing. It's a complex design and both the sculptor and I think it's best to progress deliberately, but it's definitely getting there!

  7. These are really coming together nicely! I can't tell, do they have armored leg areas or not? Looking forward to the dropship and the spec-ops.

  9. Where are the first wave on the website? Only the old Federal Marines are listed. Are these not available yet? Will go great against my Sepulvedan Resistance Fighters.
