Evil Aliens

.
Checking out images of movie and console game alien warrriors following an online conversation with a well respected manufacturer yesterday, I stumbled upon this photo from EVIL ALIENS a British low budget B-Movie starring our own rude girl and Geek Princess, Emily Booth (NWS link):

I thought this was a cool picture, and the aliens in the photo have potential in 15mm. Unfortunately Google-Fu uncovered that they were very old style Dr Who aliens, just guys in rubber and fibre-glass head extensions - potential is there nevertheless.

I came across this photo of Jodie Shaw ass-whooping the 'Evil Aliens' - a  woman with 12 bore attitude - and a great character portrait.

Cheers

  1. That's a hilarious movie!

(And for me to say that means I've just shown what a pillock I am.)

  2. A truly bad yet enjoyable film. I especially liked the portral of Welsh farmers. The making of documentary was the best bit of the DVD though.

  3. Hmm, first image hotlink is broken :(

Googles movie trailer... wow that looks special. And those farmers are stereotypical Welsh? No wonder (speaking of Doctor Who) that Torchwood went out of its way to portray Wales more positively :)

  4. Heya

The film was cringe worthily amusing... as for the alien sculpts they do have potential...either horns or breathing apperatus?

The idea of a Sci-fi space harvester and some hic locals with plasm shotguns would also be a welcome concept.

  5. Nice photo ! 'They came to harvest all intelligent life on Sol-3, only to land in front of an operational Robo-harvester, fresh from a blade refit station...'. I think the Chinese have a fitting saying, 'death by a thousand cuts' :o)

  6. I think I've seen the first bit of it (cringe-worthy indeed). It's on Netflix so I might try again to watch it today ;)
