.
Rebel Minis 15mm Sci Fi INFILTRATORS

Bloody Magnificent!

I'm simply left speechless by the photos sent over by Mike at Rebel Minis this evening. In this instance, I think the pictures of these new 15mm INFILTRATORS can be left to speak for themselves.

Packaged as 21 figures from six unique sculpts, these Ultra-tech Nano-Suit soldiery, can be used variously as Ultra-tech infantry, dismounted Grav armour crew, downed dropship pilots and Spec Ops.

The photos are jaw-droppingly fantastic! And as such Dropship Horizon accepts no liability for dental work or jaw reconstruction. You view these photos at your own risk!

I'm also pleased to be able to share with you a preview of Rebel Minis new Sahadeen War Maidens. Crackingly good looking minis too. I'm sure you'll agree they are suitable for a mix of Sci Fi, VSF, Adventure and Pulp genres. More details on packaging and pricing will appear on the Rebel Minis website soon!

  1. Ooooh! Bounty hunters R us!

Too many nice models coming too quickly at the moment. A flood after years of drought!

  2. Well, that's Dune gaming taken care of with the Warrior Maids! And the Infiltrators are lovely, as well. As Paddy says, it's been a flood of excellent minis over the last year or so, with more on the way, so it's becoming hard to keep up :)

  3. Nanosuit guys would make great battlesuit crew or pilots.

  4. I see NO Females, but these are very nice sculptures.
Hi Kobold, it's a start towards DUNE.
If you liked the Sci-Fi T.V. Version of Herbert's world, that is.

  5. Depending upon your vision of Dune - book, film, TV series - the Nano-troopers could be Harkonnen soldiers. Replace the helmets with long haired and bearded heads and you have Fremen in stillsuits.

  6. Wow!

Those infiltrators sure will be great as dismounted crews for all sorts of scenarios.

I agree L&F, female sculpts in both sets would have been welcome.

  7. > female sculpts in both sets would have been welcome.

... meant in the Infiltrators set (insufficient coffee this morning)...

  8. There are very definitely two females in the Infiltrator set. Take a look at the photos in my August 27th post.

  9. Wow, these minis are nice! Can't believe they're 15mm...i've seen 28s with less details.
Now i am waiting for new pics of rebelmini's titan marines. I hope there will be some flamer or (semi-)portable minigun...for pure destruction and wallet drainage.

    Nice, nice, nice...

  10. Damn-it men, good fellows, there are NO Women in any of these pictures!

I see nothing that says; "I'm a Woman, hear me roar!"

Ha, ha, I see some men that are less squared in the hips, that also have slightly fuller chest, becuase they work out more, sure...but there ain't no girls here.
If there are, then they scare me, they scare me very much indeed!
    ;)

I see DUNE as a combo of the film, the sci-fi version, and my own vision.

I'm being a smarty this morning, right Arcturus, I'm going to get another cup of hot jo now.

  12. Yeah, it's like pointing out the obviously female Biker Scouts on Endor. Other than general build, movements, and posture, not a lot screaming "FEMALE".

That being said, I'm glad they are not overly busty and unzipped down to their crotch.

  13. They are ready for action. I like them!

  14. I think they are very nice sculptures, don't get me wrong, but in 15mm most of the time the girls look like the boys.

    We aim to fix that.

  15. In this instance, I think the miniatures have struck a good balance between being both feminine and combatants.

I'm certainly happy with the look of the Infiltrators. If others want to use these as inspiration to create more Sci Fi 'lipstick commandos' I say Go For It!

  16. Oh, I think you can count on it Mark.

It's half the reason I started LAF, I want nice looking female models! I'm not talking dirty, not bimbo babes, but models that look like girls from 3 feet away. You know?

  18. These are minis are great. I hoping to have enough excess cash to buy the Infilitrators & Sahadeen. They be a great addition for my Traveller minis. With the hints I've been dropping my wife about the Protolene minis from Critical Mass for Christmas, I might be able to get them.
