Heads Up Marines!
There's a new alien on the block and we have to be prepared to meet it. These guys are stark staring, tail swishing alien carnivores of frak knows what dna. One thing is certain - they got teeth, claws and blasters!
Our contact in the Khurasan Sector has sent Chief Hannam the latest intel. The Chief believes a large number of these will be landing in the Kinkydeenshire Valley soon and is preparing his Marines to meet them head-on on the Drop Zone.
I want a full intelligence report Chief and tactical database simulation within 24hrs!

I think the Tri-Joint-Leg-Look works better on Dog types. On Cats it should be a bit slighter, still these are some very clean looking sculpts.
ReplyDeleteI like!

I really like the look of these minis myself. There'a a raw predatory energy about them.

Yeah and they have a kind of Linx look to them too. Which gives them an extra bit of a wildness factor, they are very cool models.

YES! Aslan!
ReplyDeleteThe truly nice thing here is that these guys cannot be directly tagged as any earthly animal.
ReplyDeletePredators exist on other planets too.

Any chance of photo that will show us details ?
ReplyDeleteI planned to put the detailed pics up last night but I need a couple of nights break from the blog. I'm on a roll with my figure painting and want to make the most of it.

I think somebody needs to declare a worldwide "Get of the Comp and Paint" week. I've been "cyber-hobbying" so much my real hobby has been suffering.

Hey Eli
ReplyDeleteIt's the same with Sculpting.
Use the time to let stages dry.
Hop on line for 15 minutes, then go back to work when the paint/putty is set enought to touch it again.

Until the library put back in order, I've been painting mine while watching TV. Otherwise, I'd never keep around to painting. I have minis that have been waiting years to get painted.
