I saw this pic of Dark Elves with mini crossbows from Splintered Light Miniatures and my immediate thought was "Mad Max road warriors". See what you think....
But you know, they would also make great VSF Martian or Space Opera warriors.Cheers

My thought was to cut the crossbows down to exotic pistols, loose the swords, and paint up as Darrians

ReplyDeleteI always thought the SL dark elves reminded me of WoW, but I can see a bit of mad max in them now that you point it out.
ReplyDeleteStill like 'em. They need cavalry, though.
The Mad Max approach works. A bit of conversion to baseball bats and crud blades, and perhaps filing or filling some of the chainmail details.
